Join us again this holiday season as Prescott Park Arts Festival presents A Christmas Carol, the Musical in Exeter’s Historic Town Hall!
Based on the beloved tale written by Charles Dickens, A Christmas Carol, the Musical brings the musical talents of Academy Award-winning composer Michel Legrand and Tony Award winner Sheldon Harnick to the stage as the tale of Ebenezer Scrooge’s prophetic Christmas Eve is reborn. From the pages of Dickens comes this scintillating musical adaptation of the Yuletide classic that continues to touch hearts and minds the world over. This universal story is ultimately one of family and conscience, of desperation and regret and second chances.
This magical Christmas show has been touted as one that “gives the holiday gift of warmth and wisdom as never before, carried on the wings of a soaring theatrical score!”
The historic Town Hall theatre in Exeter offers a beautiful space for a performance, including balcony seating. Special VIP tickets are available and located in the first few front rows, and include a drink ticket.
The historic Town Hall is located at 9 Front Street, Exeter, NH. Street and municipal parking is free!
Any proceeds raised from this special winter production will go to support our core summer offerings. Despite this show being a special fundraiser, the Festival as always, works hard to keep tickets affordable, but still recognizes that it’s not within reach to all. Therefore, the Festival is continuing its tradition of helping local families with an effort to provide free tickets to those families who otherwise would not be able to attend.
