Kids ages 3-5, along with a parent or caregiver, are invited to learn more about animal habitats at this week’s Big Fish Little Fish program at Seacoast Science Center. This drop-in education opportunity gets kids outside exploring and learning together with a different theme each week. This week, our naturalist Emily will be teaching children about the different kinds of homes animals live in, then we’ll head out into Odiorne Point State Park to see if we can find some animal homes, then we’ll build our own critter homes using sticks, rocks and other materials found in nature.
Register in advance to save $2 per child! Pre-registration cost: $8 for member children; $10 non-member children. Day-of cost: $10 for member children; $12 non-member children. No charge for adults unless you decide to stay and play in the Science Center.
