Just in time for the gift giving season, the final installment of our Fall Permaculture Film Series asks: How might your life be better with less?
The film: “Minimalism: A Documentary About the Important Things” (2016, 79mins) examines the many flavors of minimalism by taking the audience inside the lives of minimalists from all walks of life—families, entrepreneurs, architects, artists, journalists, scientists, and even a former Wall Street broker—all of whom are striving to live a meaningful life with less.
We will have a discussion following the movie and refreshments.
Special Guest, Jennifer Moore, will join in our discussion as well! Jennifer is the co-founder and editor of Style Queue magazine whose mission is to celebrate unique, body positive, and sustainable style on the Seacoast. Jennifer is active in the community with clothing swaps, sewing days, and tie-dye sessions.
COST: donations gratefully accepted.
This film is cosponsored by: The Urban Forestry Center of Portsmouth & The North Shore Permaculture Collaborative.
